THE COMPANY

Les Constructions Citébec Ltée (« Citébec ») is a privately owned company, operated in compliance with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec standards.  In business since 1984, we specialize in fire and water damage restoration, and we are part of the contractors’ network recommended by several insurance companies.

Citébec is member of the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec (« APCHQ ») and the Association de la construction du Québec (« ACQ »). In addition, Citébec is a certified member of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (« IICRC »), recognized as the principal organism regulating and establishing norms to follow in cleaning and restoration after water damages.

OUR SKILLS

Citébec holds a valid license issued by the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (# 2265-067546)  for the following qualifications : (A) Administration, (S) Construction site safety management, (G) Project and construction site management and (C) Execution of construction work.

Our team has the necessary expertise to take action in any kind of disaster such as fire, water infiltration, ice damming, sewer backup, overflow of sanitary facilities, broken pipe, contamination, etc.  We also have teams specialized in removal and decontamination of asbestos.

The members of our team are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (« IICRC ») in the following areas: water damage restoration, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation, fire and smoke restoration as well as odor control.  We are also qualified in the use of thermal imaging camera (Level 1).

EMERGENCY

Regardless of the damage, we provide emergency services 24/7, such as barricade works, drying of flooded premises, water suction by plant truck, humidity control, plumbing and electrical services, protection of premises and property, etc.  We are usually on site within three hours.
